Customer reviews for Reading Self Storage

Atiqa, the manager has been extremely helpful.

Atiqa and Toby are utterly delightful and super helpful. Very impressed. The lockers themselves are clean, well signed, well heated and the location is very nicely maintained.

We had a great experience and would highly recommend big yellow in Reading. Karl was more than accomodating and did everything he could to make it an easy process for us. We chose a long term storage option and are very happy with our choice.

Friendly & efficient! Atiqa & Karl are great.

Great service, professional, extremely friendly, helpful and polite. In one word: extraordinary!

Karl absolutely super customer service, clear, helpful and approachable

Good service, I was served by Karl who was very friendly and professional, highly recommended. Nice and clean place.

Great and friendly service from the staffs. At reception, Karl was very friendly and explained everything in detail. The storage is clean and I am sure my belongings are safe. Will use big yellow storage again in the future if needed and definitely will recommend to others. The price for storage is worth it.

We are highly satisfied with the service provided, and the entire staff has consistently demonstrated a professional and amiable demeanor. Thank you

Lucas & Toby were super friendly and made the process smooth and pain free. Thank you!
