Excellent prompt, competitive quotations & communications regarding enquiries. Friendly, helpful informative staff. Provided a really clear guide on processes and clearly identified what was expected from their customers. Overall a pretty much faultless experience - keep up the good work!

Karl was fantastic, over the phone initially and then in person when we went in. The storage is so clean! Wonderful. The floors and units are clean, nicely painted walls, all looks and feels good. Also am pleased about the security.

Upon visiting the Big Yellow branch in Reading, I was welcomed by Karl Nixon who was excellent in explaining everything about the process and running through what needed to be done to get me quickly assigned a storage room that met my needs.

Both Karl and Michael were extremely helpful, polite and patient with us when going through all the paperwork, and allowing us to change our minds at the very last minute as to size of storage. I was also impressed at how positive they were about the Big Yellow company itself and the directors.
