Very easy to book and started. The staff are helpful and provided excellent advice. The ease of access whilst staying security conscious is also very good.

Karl responded to emails very quickly, he followed up on requests for further quotes very quickly and made extremely helpful suggestions to make sure that we picked the option that would suit our needs best. We ordered a self storage space and were confident that we made the right choice thanks to Karl's calculations on storage size and his good advice.

Excellent customer service, and very kiddy friendly! Eli was a thorough and answered all my many questions patiently, and both she and Karl went to great lengths​to help me cram my packing boxes into my car, in the rain no less. Couldn't have managed without them.
