Great service, convenient storage options, reasonable cost

Overall excellent - Only possible negative is that the bollards blocking the door are inconveniently placed for the trolleys - I appreciate that they are there for security, but an inch either way would allow much easier loading and unloading.

Karl was very friendly and helpful towards me. He explained very well the important information which put me at ease and making me feelcomfortable even though it's was my first time using the system.

Very happy with the responses to the queries and the clear and concise information provided by the staff serving us at the Reading (Rose Kiln lane) office (Karl and Mitch). It was my first time to use any storage facilities and their help was just what we needed.
