Karl at the reception was very helpful and gave really good instructions and advices. He really appreciated his professionalism.

I was looking for storage for a few months and had checked different websites online. Big yellow phoned me to check that I'd been sorted with something. I initially said that I had a better quote with a different storage company, but Karl (who processed my application) said that I could get a reduced rate from the initial quote I had been given. I work full time and so being allowed extended access to the unit made a big difference to me. I found the location handier as I live in Reading. I entered the office and was offered a cup of tea while we went through the application. Karl allowed me to see the unit to confirm that it was the right size for what I needed before we started. There was a lot to go through, but I think the whole process took between 45 minutes to an hour. Karl was informative and chatty throughout this time. I was asked to pick a six digit pin number and was told the process for checking in to the building outside of office hours. I appreciated being told about what I needed to do and then getting to practice this before I left. So far it has been a pleasant experience with Big Yellow

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, went out of their way to help and explain what they were doing and what I should do when I visit. Cheap prices and good offers for the length of time I needed.

Warehouse is clean, well organized, good security, good customer parking and unloading, convenient location.

Easy of use, ease of access but with appropriate level of security. Surprised at room size. Nice and clean, good facilities. Grateful of the lifts and trollies!!! Reception very welcoming and clear instructions/induction.

Great service & great staff

From the very beginning when I was provided with a quote, I was provided with great support and assistance in finding the storage that was right for me. The team that I dealt with on the phones were not pushy and they were committed to finding me the best deal. They were happy to take the time to explain the whole process to someone who knew nothing. Then on the day I put my stuff into storage, Karl was very friendly and helpful and made me feel that my belongings were in safe hands.
