Politeness and hospitality of staff, and ease of access and quality of facility.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was explained properly. They seemed to take an interest and nothing was too much for them. Plus they make a fine cup of tea. I would definitely recommend The Big Yellow Self Storage company without a doubt. All my questions were answered even if they seemed to me to be silly questions. Fantastic service. I wish all companies had service like this. Also, from my initial query I wasn't pestered with calls etc.... encouraging me to use them - big plus point.

Very helpful with regards check in dates. We had to continually move the date due to a company changing delivery dates and this was no problem for the team at Reading. They made it easy with no hassle.

The process was easy and the guy who dealt with me was friendly and nice and made everything nice and simple. the fascilities are great and access is spot on. The only reason I've dropped the score down is on price, as this is quite high compared to other offers I had in the area for similar storage solutions.

The online check-in process was easy. Karl who welcomed me was excellent. Using the storage facility was really efficient. All in all I found the entire experience brilliant and better than expected.
