I had to change our reservation a few times because of the builders but Karl was always polite and helpful.I felt embarassed but he put me at ease and went out of his way to make things run as smoothly as possible.

Firstly Mike was very helpful in our conversation over the phone although he could not be there his colleague Karl dealt with us very well. Mitch another one of your employee who was present at the time was also very helpful.

The lady I dealt with (sorry forgot her name) provided an excellent reception and explanation of the facilities and all associated services. I would have given a 10 but I'm always somewhat disappointed to learn about the height of the insurance costs. This is never advertised (by any of the self-storage service providers I might add) but it would provide a much better experience for prospective customers to really compare service providers.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was explained properly. They seemed to take an interest and nothing was too much for them. Plus they make a fine cup of tea. I would definitely recommend The Big Yellow Self Storage company without a doubt. All my questions were answered even if they seemed to me to be silly questions. Fantastic service. I wish all companies had service like this. Also, from my initial query I wasn't pestered with calls etc.... encouraging me to use them - big plus point.
