I had a fantastic experience - I had imagined it would be a very cold/transactional experience but was completley wrong. Both the team member that served me and the manager (I think Mitch) were warm, friendly and super helpful. The moving in experience was easy - the trolleys were big enough to carry a whole car load of items and the room was easy to find.

So far very good. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide more of the larger sized trolleys to cater for peak periods.
