I moved in with my partner but due to the house being rennovated there was hardly anywhere to put my belongings. I wasn't sure about using storage at first as didnt want to keep moving my stuff but monving into the storage room was a lot easier than I had expected. I stored alot of stuff here for approx 3 months and have now changed to a small room to store some items on a permenant basis (or until an extension is built) that i dont want to get dusty or damaged in the loft.

Excellent sore but its location on the A33 Dual Carriageway has its drawbacks.

From the moment I first called your company I knew I had chosen the right people to handle my storage. Friendly call staff and helpful and jolly lads Jason and Johnny when I made my first visit to the Reading Depot. Your young lady Anna was excellent and very efficient. The facilities were super clean and very orderly designed. The charges were good value for money. I have used storage companies before over the years and found Big Yellow Self Storage Big in service and far superior to any others I have experienced. Well done everyone for making my stressful move that little bit more bearable. Cheers to all your fab staff. PS Your box packages were again well thought out and we used just about everyone for our move. Great value for money once again.

Used Big Yellow Reading when moving flats from London. Staff were amazing, helped us feel relaxed, very calm and professional. Completely understood how stressful moving flats is and helped us through every step of the process, just like having a friend to guide you through. It is no exageration when I say this is probably the best customer service I have received anywhere, ever!

Staff very friendly and welcoming, explained everything well. Very few criticisms, except that the room itself was not particularly clean (hence I only rated the 'Store Environment' average), and contained support pillars, though in fairness we were offered the option of switching to another if necessary.

Good location and very easy to use. Staff were excellent and made the storage experience easy!
