The access and security set up both in and out of the facility are superb and very convenient. Was expecting a clear 50 sq ft room free of any obstruction but found part of the building structure passing through my storage space which reduced my ability to fully utilise the space, but did manage to fit everything in :). Was not clear that I had to provide my own pad lock so had to buy an expensive one.

Friendly staff and fully understanding of my storage requirements. 50% off brilliant!! I do recommend.

The website doesn't give an accurate indication of the number of boxes you can get in, in my opinion. It's very hard to visualise the space you'll need but this is hardly BY's fault. Although they will allow you to move to a smaller or bigger space if you find you need to, the thought of moving everything again after four days of driving 80 miles and loading/unloading didn't appeal to me. Moral of the story: make the best guesstimate you can of what you'll need and live with it. Great service overall.

The service is great, very good friendly staff and easy to access. If I have one problem it would be the condition of the customer toilets. I am in the practise of waiting untill I get home now.

The staff were very helpful, facilities are excellent & security seems great. The only downside is the access hours as someone who works 8.30 to 5.30 5 days a week the only time I could access the site was weekends.

Greqt you get 8 weeks at half price, was mor expensive than what I thought after padlock, insurance, deposit etc

The check-in procedure was straight forward, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. The storage unit is secure and gave peace of mind when storing my house contents for a temporary period.
