We moved from Big Yellow storage in Ealing to Richmond. Thanks to Paul and Harry our experience went smooth and super fast, we were moving and we needed a bigger storage ASAP. Paul was super understanding showing us more then 5 storages between two floors, he was courteous and patient. Harry guided us through the contract process in a very easy way and showed us options that we didn’t know about. A super team!

I’ve used Big Yellow before so was familiar with the system and assessing the room size. My enquiry was dealt with in a very efficient and Friendly way.

I wish I'd have seen a breakdown of the charges to pay before paying. It is currently listed verbally but would have preferred to have something to look at.

Initial enquiry went well, a found a cheaper quote so it was beaten by big yellow. The process from my first chat seemed easy enough to understand. I did feel a little hounded by the number of calls in the day’s prior to me moving in though.

All handled in a helpful, calm and friendly way by Paul.

When I rang the storage facility I was under a lot of pressure....! After my initial conversation with Nicky I was reassured and almost excited by the prospect...! I later spoke Paul and was equally surprised and delighted by the continued continuity of excellent customer service and genuine care and consideration for others....! I have enjoyed an incredible experience with this company.

I started online which was simple. Richmond then have me a ring and provided since extra information. Check in process was very simple

I only decided on Saturday I needed storage and called your number. I was able to turn up first thing on Sunday to use the facility I was short on time and Paul was really helpful in getting me set up and in my storage room as quickly as possible. He was fast, efficient and polite!
