We were looked after by Nick at the Richmond branch, who was very friendly, chatty and professional. We had earlier reserved a unit but he took us to see a couple of others to check if there was one without a pillar in it, which was really appreciated. I had checked-in online and then the process in the office was quick and easy and Nick made sure to get the best price deal for us. Would happily recommend the experience to others.

Our check in was dealt with efficiently. Nick was extremely helpful when showing us around, and we managed to upgrade our room size very easily when we realised we wouldn't have enough space. The trollies available to use made the move in much easier and Nick gave us plenty of advice for our stay.

I was made to feel very welcomed by Nick's attentiveness. He was most professional and courteous. Nick showed me round the premises, highlighting the rental unit as well as the lavatories. He also made sound recommendations that helped my moving in.
