Very friendly and convenient

Fantastic

I found the experience much better than I had envisaged. I have never used storage facilities before so was incredibly nervous.

Too slow and exhaustive to set up

Improve the check-in online facility. It should auto-save - people do inventory when they are packing and I lost half of mine.

Couldn't fault it. Extremely impressed

Perfectly acceptable. Easy online access and direct contact by phone and in person.
