It was explained well in person by different members of the team before actually committing to the storage hiring.

I am very impressed by the professionalism and level of service of the staff at Big Yellow. I received two phone calls prior to moving in to check that I was familiar with the procedures and on my arrival date, Trina was very helpful and took time to answer all my queries.

Fast replies with most of my questions answered. However, had an issue with being given the correct information in regards to getting my own lock for the storage facility.

Very helpful, explained everything in detail, understanding the fact that moving is stressfull, making sure that i understood the process, they were able to answer my questions
