the chap who spoke to me on the phone, I think his name was Robert (South African) was VERY friendly and helpful. I had storage needs, I explained and he made sure that my storage needs were met. The lady at reception, was very welcoming and informative, even though I was late (Saturday evening) and she had had a long day. Also I am a big klutz and wrote on the form, which meant she would have to do it again, she was very calm. I am due to open up a business in Sheffield, and would hire these two in a heartbeat, they are an asset to your business. They did NOT pay me for this survey ;-)

The lady that called and was at the store was excellent.

From the first enquiry staff were helpful and talked us through everything. Regular contact up until the day we moved was also helpful. On the actual day of our move we needed a bigger unit- staff were very helpful and sorted it without any stress.

Very calm and friendly customer care. Truly you are awesome.

Absolutely brilliant all the way through, helpfulexplanation of the options and process from the initial enquiry all the way through. Occasional phone calls to check along the way too, lovely ladies on reception when we arrived. Well done and thankyou!

The process was easy- would be made easier if teams relayed information into each other, had a few miss calls while I was at work, rang back when available and spoke to a lovely woman, 40 minutes later I get a phone call from a woman who was quite stern in saying “we’ve been trying to contact you” when I’d already spoken to somebody. Also, the woman told me I HAD to collect my keys at 4pm even though my family, who was helping me move, were travelling from Hull- she said I had to pick them up now because the store was busy, I had to walk all the way there and it was dead but the woman who helped me book in was lovely
