initial enquiry by telephone- Trina could not have been more helpful and neither could Mel who dealt with us on the day

From the initial enquiry right through to signing for the storage unit all colleagues made the process easy to understand and helped with any questions we had.

All contact with Big Yellow has been responded to in a very efficient and knowledgeable way. We had to alter our "move in" day on two occasions and each time there was no difficulty in meeting our requirements.

The gentleman who dealt with me was very helpful and very pleasant.

Very smooth and easy to deal with

My initial enquiry I wasn't informed that when using my own insurance in the cover note needed to be the address of the storage . All I was told was that I needed a cover note which I produced and then had to leave as the Big Yellow at Bramall Lane as they wouldn't accept the cover note and if I hadn't rung up and asked a manager if it would be acceptable I wouldn't have storage with you, but no attempt was made by the staff when we first went down to rectify the situation for us .

Extremely efficient however, greater emphasis should be put on what you CANNOT store. Even though it is in the website, it should be brought to your attention more especially when dealing over the phone.

I had brilliant service from Mel at the Sheffield Bramall Lane branch but then spoke to a number of different people who have different messages. This was a little confusing so I went into store and had a brilliant service from Mel again!
