First call made to Ed and he was very helpful in selecting the right unit and given all information needed to make it simple and have everything I needed to get the unit on first visit. Very friendly on the phone.
I have had my possessions in storage since 2016 but due to a break down in my relationship needed to upgrade to a larger unit.Staff at the Hillsborough Branch in Sheffield were extremely helpful and very polite making the change over much easier than I had imagined.They were so understanding. In fact bloomin amazing.Credit to SAM, ED n SAM. Thankyou so very much. May I also add how smart they dressed. A pleasure to do business with them.

It was handled fantastically. I was originally going to go to chesterfield storage as they were much cheaper but Ed had a look at the price I was going to pay and was able to match it. He also had a look at my insurance quote aswell and was able to match that aswell. We also talked about having a monthly payment instead of the 4 weekly payment which falls nicely for my pay days. Nothing was to much trouble for him. He took me up to show me the room and talked me through everything so I knew what I was doing when I came back. Like I say I was ready to cancel and go to chesterfield But Ed Turned it around and is a credit to your company. If there are pay rises or bonuses going Ed definitely deserves one. Thanks so much for your help it was much appreciated

From the minute I used the user friendly online quote tool to actually moving stuff in I cannot fault the customer service. Very understanding staff who listened to my situation and provided me with amazing service which made a potentially difficult situation very easy. Cannot fault both Sam’s at the Hillsborough Branch
I popped in as wanted a guide price but online didn’t give this but on going in I then understood why it didn’t show online. Ed was so amazing and a very understanding guy as to how soon I possibly needed storage, I was going away so he made it seem so easy and offered to follow up once I got off holiday and did call me to follow up which was good as it helped me to know exactly what I needed to do with getting booked in and to start moving things. Ed showed me the room size first and just made moving seem so easy, how if the room wasn’t big enough then not to worry as we can accommodate, I was really stressed about this but the friendliness of Ed and Sam D but also Sam B was so helpful also and I would 10/10 recommend this place as it was such an easy process and these guys understanding/helpfulness made the Experience of a first time user so easy so I would definitely use this place again if I needed. I booked a second room but Sam D showed me to the room so I knew where to go and he was understanding and offered me numbers for removal firms if this helped which I thought was lovely as that took that stress away also, I honestly cannot recommend this place enough and i know Ed is the manager there as he also introduced himself but he’s got a fantastic team that seem to be trained extremely well with the process and friendliness so should be proud. I’d like to thank them all for making my move so much easier as I have heard people who have used other storage places say how bad they were so already I have said what a great team the big yellow storage has as they made my life much easier and stress free.
