Very well

They have excellent staff working at this site in Staples Corner. Rishani and the store manager Mark Ward have been very welcoming, and were able to answer all of our questions. Everything was handled quickly and the process couldn't have been easier.

It was an easy process

I have been with big yellow for 5 years and i find the staff amazing

My initial enquiry was managed very well. Someone from the store called me with explanation of the storage booking process and prices then we had a view on the storage. I was very satisfied with it, especially Kyle was very friendly and helpful. He showed us how to enter the store and assisted in the moving in day. I am thankful to Kyle for the help with moving our stuff. I really recommend this storage.

Very seamless

I’m absolutely disappointed with the service and hidden costs! Terrible experience. I was told that I will have to pay 8 weeks upfront with a deal 50%off. The insurance was mentioned, but no one said it is obligatory. I ended up paying twice more than I was prepared to pay on the day. I won’t recommend it to anyone. So disappointed and feel cheated.

Initial enquiry well-handled. Process was explained and easy to understand. Would have been great to be reminded to bring photo id. Rashmani (sp?) was extremely helpful, efficient and great all round to deal with. She made my move into my space stress free.

Mark answered all of my questions and was very courteous
