Kyle and Rishani were both very helpful in getting us set up and moved. All incredibly painless.

It couldn't have been easier. I believe we were aided numerous times by Mark and Victoria who were polite friendly and helpful. Our sincere thanks to them for making our move as stress-less as possible.

Mark was very helpful answering all my questions and providing the info related to storage at big yellow.

My enquiry was dealt fast and with professionalism Moving in was easy and the gentleman Mark I believe, was very helpful And made it stress free I left my lock Pad on the door and Mark left the door room open for me to find it easier when I bring in my stuff in but on my return the door was closed and the lock pad was gone.... wondering how could possible take it? Maybe another team member? Luckily I had another pad lock with me and used it to look my room for the night
