I had made the booking on line but somehow it was double booked at Sheen and Staples Corner. Luckily it was spotted on time and the matter was sorted with ease by Hannah. The staff at Big Yellow have been polite, courteous and very helpful.

Initial enquiry was handled very well and when I rang to change my booking, this was no problem. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Rashani was really great when we moved our stuff into the unit.

This booking was made on my behalf. The online check in was relatively easy to do, though I couldn't complete the process because I did not have certain information. At the location, Kyle, who attended to me, made everything smooth and easy. He also helped to save me some money with his great advice and suggestions.

My initial inquiry was handled very well by Vicky on Saturday the 28th September 2019 - especially given that I came in very late and was in a hurry. She quickly gave us (my wife and I) very useful information regarding self-storage (being my first time using it) and explained the basics well. On Sunday the 29th, she again helped ease my move to storage by upgrading my storage from 16sq ft to 25sq ft for a very reasonable discounted rate.
