Superb service from start to finish!

Fantastic. Tony at Finchley Rd was very helpful and Jasmin at Staples corner was lovely.

We first spoke to Mark who was lovely ,polite and professional on the day we also spoke to Vikki who also was amazing. Both of them doing amazing job as the front of big yellow. They are great to deal with. Mrs Berke

Vaiva is really lovely, she knew the process perfectly and made me feel that my things were going to stay on a safe place. She was understanding all the time and aware of my needs as a new customer on your company. She was clear and friendly all the time. The thing I liked the most was that she helped me to put my stuff into the storage as she saw that I was totally alone, and that is a plus for me.

I did everything online. It was self-explanatory, quick and easy.

On the way there I was stuck in a huge traffic jam. I managed to arrive just five minutes before six and Mark was super kind to go through the whole check-in process with me, staying almost half an hour longer than what he should have. He honestly saved my day, whilst I am sure most other shops would have said “we are sorry but we are closing in five minutes”. Amazing service!

Mark, Jasmine & Rishani at Big Yellow, Staples Corner were friendly and professional. They made the stressful business of storing things a pleasure.
