Everything went fine

Absolutely amazing. Over the phone was all well explained and when we arrived at the storage reception we were absolutely amused of how polite and the professionalism with we were treated specially Mss Rishani the guy with blue eyes forgot his name,viki and yasmin all members of Big Yellow are amazing:)

Very easy process online with clear instructions and step by step guide. Amazing storage centre staff. Very helpful with all my questions and quarries answered.

Was assisted by Jasmine. Very helpful staff.

Jasmine, was a pleasure to talk to initially on the phone and in store. Kyle, was also very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service all round.

Very helpful and accommodating

Rashida was fabulous at checking us in and made it so easy to get a bigger unit that was needed. Initially I rang to get a recommendation for a moving company that used yellow storage and they recommended King removals and they were amazing so a double thank you for that!

It's kind of expensive for student.

Big yellow team is very friendly and helpful. I was very stressed about where I will store my goods and at a short notice, but I was looked after very well. My goods are in the storage and everything went smooth. Special thanks to Mark for being very helpful on the day to ensure we had no problems moving in.
