I have checked in two days earlier than agreed and Rishani pronounced my name right after I said my surname . Impressive... Then Jasmine and Mark offered a coffee to my friend who was helping me . Warm and friendly atmosphere created in a minute. Me, I work in hospitality at a fairly high level I can say that was impressive, also all the explanations were clear and accurate . Rishani , Jasmine and Mark you should be proud of having them

Kyle of the Staples Corner Branch was absolutely brilliant - he was super helpful and was very prompt in getting back to me . He had a very pleasant manner both on the phone and in person . There were nearer storage companies but he is the reason I chose your company since I saw the level of professionalism .

My enquiry was a disaster despite the fact that I was a previous customer. I would not have gone ahead with the arrangement except for the fact that my removal company stepped in to sort the issues.

The team at your branch in Staples Corner, especially Vicky, was extremely helpful. Not only did they make it a very hassle-free experience they explained everything clearly and listed all the different charges so I knew exactly what the payments would be.
