Reception service by Eoin was very friendly & efficient, however, parking facilities were totally inadequate

Clear communications in setting up account. Proactive service when Staples Corner called me the morning I was moving in to let me know the lift was being serviced and I might want to come later in the morning. Great service from Sean in showing me around and how to use my locker.

THE RECEPTIONISTS WHO DEALT WITH US WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE IF THEY DIDN'T KNOW SOMETHING THEY SOUGHT ADVICE, THEY HAD A NICE PERSONALITIES AND PUT YOU AT EASE WE DEALT WITH PAULA IN THE FIRST INSTANCE AND VICKY IN THE SECOND. THE STORAGE AREA WAS CLEAN AND TIDY SOMETIMES THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH TROLLEYS ESPECIALLY WHEN PEOPLE ARE RECEIVING STOCK IN ONE DAY ONE PERSON WAS USING 8 TROLLEYS

No different than other big storage providers used before. However quick friendly service.
