Very easy process. Only thing I found annoying was the continuous phone calls even after I said that it may be a few weeks until I required the room

All staff were very organised, friendly and welcoming.

I did think there were too many questions when booking. The process was very long, however, Grace who did the booking was exceptional and professional and explained everything as we went along.

Very helpful staff. For me it would be easier if units sizes were given in m3 but the staff could quickly convert for me.

On the whole, the process was very easy to complete and understand. I did, however, find the inventory side of things a little confusing ... It would be great if it could be made more obvious that the whole inventory has to be completed before moving in (maybe it was just me, but somehow I missed that fact until a few hours before hand) ... However, when I spoke to the store, they were very helpful and answered my queries.
