Very helpful staff. For me it would be easier if units sizes were given in m3 but the staff could quickly convert for me.

On the whole, the process was very easy to complete and understand. I did, however, find the inventory side of things a little confusing ... It would be great if it could be made more obvious that the whole inventory has to be completed before moving in (maybe it was just me, but somehow I missed that fact until a few hours before hand) ... However, when I spoke to the store, they were very helpful and answered my queries.

I thought it was very well handled and my questions were answered clearly.

I made a call to a girl called Lucy and she gave me a run down on everything thing all my questions were answered so shot down there from work and a guy called Ben got me sorted out the whole thing took less than an hour brilliant.
