Excellent customer service, really helpful staff

Very friendly and helpful staff, they all seem to know what they're doing and nothing is too much trouble. I know I'm just one in several thousand customers but the staff still made me feel valued.

Both members of staff I spoke to were excellent. I apologise for not making a note of the names, but firstly a lady helped me on the phone, I feel going above and beyond to get me the best possible quote for my storage as I had been looking around at other locations too. She really went out of her way to help and I greatly appreciate it. A gentleman I saw once I arrived helped me through the process of getting all settled in and showing me how to key in and out of the unit, again I really appreciate the help. Both members of staff really seemed to care about their work and were genuinely friendly and outgoing during a stressful time of moving out of a property and helping me get my things in storage while I try and settle into a new life 150 miles away from where I'd been living prior for nearly 20 years. Thank you so much!
