The whole process was friendly, convenient and quick.

The service is 1st class. Vincent assisted me on checkin, and although I was running late due to traffic, he still went the extra mile. He stayed on and changed rooms to ensure that the room was matched to what I required.

Fantastic welcome and very helpful with filling in on line information and explaining everything in detail how to access lift and room.
