Very informative throughout the entire process.

Staff were great , friendly and efficient- I sometimes end my contract then start again and the service in Swindon is always fab !

Adam and Vincent were both extremely informative, helpful and understanding right through from my initial enquiries to moving in with their enthusiasm and knowledge and adapting to my needs with acquiring the right size room and the level of insurance required. Many thanks.

We had the pleasure of being introduced to big yellow storage in Swindon by Terry. He was extremely knowledgable and able to answer all our questions, we came to have a look but Terry was so helpful and professional we decided to book without viewing any other storage depots (as we’d intended), as the front facing person of your organisation you could not in my opinion get any more customer focussed employee, if you reward your staff you should be really considering this man for nomination.

We have been regular customers for over 10 years - but have never commented on this survey site before. We were treated very well - as always. The assistant was polite, efficient and explained things easily and confidently.
