The staff are very helpful and kept in touch during the booking and moving in. We had a long drive to the store and were impressed with the whole service. I fully recommend it. We needed more space which Mark was able to find for us.

I would just like to say how very helpful, friendly and efficient the staff were. Nothing was any problem for them and at no time did I feel pressurised into anything. Everything was clearly and concisely explained, and the paperwork was completed extremely quickly. The storage environment itself is very clean and tidy, and there is such easy access that, in conjunction with the trolleys provided, it makes moving your things between your transport and storage unit a breeze. I would certainly use Big Yellow Storage again, and would recommend them to anyone.

I need to use self storage as I am going to work abroad for the next 2 years. I was initially concerned about the price of using storage and also about the security of the premesis. Big yellow has come to my rescue. They offer units of all different sizes, including the perfect size for all my things. They advised me on how to pack the unit so that everything would fit into a space small enough to be affordable for me. They didn't try to sell me unnecessary extras, however they were able to supply all my packing boxes and materials and even gave me a discounted rate for paying a minimum term up front. The storage at Big Yellow is a lot more affordable than I realised, is truly secure, provides me with 24 hour access and the staff were extremely friendly, even when faced with a queue of people!
My brother recommended Big Yellow after he'd looked at all the other storage facilities in Swindon when he needed space - so I didn't bother going anywhere else for quotes. The staff were really helpful and took time to deal with my case which is difficult as I don't know when my shipping from Dubai is arriving and couldn't pin down dates. Very good service.
room is not so good compared to cheltenham BY. ie no light,single door...corridors ludicrously narrow... It's a newer store....

The staff were very friendly, especially as we moved rental dates twice. The facilities are simple and very user friendly and we needed 24 hour access which wasn't a problem. The day we moved was busy and the staff guided us to times when it would be easier for us to access the unit. Overall we are very pleased with the service.
