Alex was very straightforward and didn't try to upsell me which was appreciated. All of the moving in processes were clearly explained. I got the impression that all three members of staff at the branch would be very happy to help with any problems that crop up in the future.

I was a little nervous because of the Covid regulations, but the team at TWells were very reassuring, friendly and knowledgeable.

Initial enquiry was dealt with very efficiently. I was shown the measurements on the floor as well as being shown the room itself. I was given a breakdown of the price and what would happen next. The process for booking and then moving in to the unit was explained very well and I understood everything that was being said. The moving in day was easy and trouble free.

Nick was extremely helpful, he explained everything plainly, did not rush through things. Made me feel important.( the cup of coffee was just how I like it made, thank you Alex) A very good team all round, would definitely recommend them.
