The premises appear very clean and the rooms are available in a sensible range of sizes. Additionally all the staff were attentive and helpful. The reception area, corridors lifts and rooms seemed clean.

Hannah Moon made the whole process so simple and explained every step of the process thoroughly. Moving day is stressful but she looked after me beautifully and was so calm and competent, what a fantastic employee Big yellow has in Hannah!
Upon arrival Hannah Moon was very polite, friendly and helpful. She helped me find the most suitable locker and answered all my questions. After then I could not use my padlock, so she gave me another one as I messed up the previous one. I would definitely recommend the store and would definitely come back if I ever needed to store anything in the future.
