Nick & Alex at tunbridge wells branch have been absolutely fantastic, nothing too much trouble and especially in taking the storage room earlier than planned ! Cannot rate them highly enough!!

We have used Big Yellow in Tunbridge Wells four times now and on each occasion found the staff very helpful. The facilities are good and there have always been units of several sizes to choose from. The Store Manager checked us in on this occasion, rather late in the day as we were held up, but he didn't seem to mind and remained cheerful even when we asked if we could have a bigger unit having actually seen the one I had reserved. He couldn't have been more helpful and made us feel very welcome.

We were booked into unit B09. Unfortunately, when it came to moving in (signing contracts), we had found that the room had been double booked. Nick was very helpful in organising a similar unit.

This is the second time that I have used Big Yellow and in both instances I have found the service that I have been given very professional, friendly and helpful. I have never encountered any problem or negative aspect but on the contrary have only ever had positive experiences. In particular, I would highly commend the service that I received yesterday from Jake Herridge. Due to a myriad of adverse circumstances, I arrived at the store at 15.40. Jake was courteous and friendly and dealtwith the administration in a very professional way although to my intense embarrassment I was aware that he was now late leaving due to me. He never once made me feel bad for that and was
