I was greeted by your new manager Nick who was very helpful and communicative. I find it difficult to imagine how you could do things better. This was my first experience of using Big Yellow and I would recommend it to anyone.

I spoke to Hannah to enquire about the storage available, she was most helpful, had all the answers needed and sent me a quote immediately. She also advised me to reserve one of the more popular size units until I had confirmed my requirements. Nick helped me to finalise my booking and all the paperwork. He also was very knowledgeable and apart from a problem with the photo taking machine, which was not his fault, I sorted my locker very quickly. Thanks to you both. Philippa Johnson

Professional and personable welcome on both occasions, first by Hannah who took a good deal of trouble to show us around and make sure we had the room with the capacity we needed, the lightness and airiness of the facility and the security arrangements. Secondly a number of calls and emails to help, assure and remind us of the preparation needed before our arrival, accommodating changes of date. Thirdly the friendly and professional welcome by Alex and Nick on our arrival with our storage, including coffee speedily provided by Nick and an efficient check-in and explanation of procedures and facilities by Alex. All-in-all a great experience on arrival.
