Very easy booking through the internet. The process to check-in online was also easy, the mails regarding this helped a lot.

I used the website to get an idea of cost which was followed up by a call from Peter. He made everything clear and understandable and was polite throughout.

It was all arranged very quickly and went very smooth , no issues at all ,which made a stressful day much easier to handle. Would defo use them again.

Very good and easy. The only thing I would say is that I found it a bit difficult to find information prior as to the hours I could come and check-in and was called only on the day of arrival and told so. Maybe prior notice would be helpful. But if not, very easy to deal with.

The staff at West Norwood were consisrenly helpful and supportive.Peter on our initial contacting was very friendly and helpful and Gemma was also very informative,kind and helpful with our first visit to the store- I hadn't used the facility before but Gemma guided us through the process - excellent

The staff at Big Yellow West Norwood are very, professional, kind and understanding. Everything was explained fully and all options were given. They ensured I was supported when I needed to change my plans last minute and postpone my move in date.
