Great customer service beforehand over the phone and then when arrived in store. Mohammed was super friendly and even gave us a cup of water.

Staff accommodating and finalizing check-in in a flexible and respectful manner was much welcome in addition to staff being knowledgeable about most of the products and services and being able to recommend where deemed necessary and provide information to give more clarity where required.

Friendly, polite staff, who gave me all the information I needed when I visited the store. They kept in touch regularly throughout the online check in process and emailed information when they said they would.
