Extremely helpful staff that made the whole process of moving in very easy

On the phone, via email and in store everyone at Big Yellow were really helpful. Peter at West Norwood was very helpful and friendly in setting us up and showing us around.

Very good. Relaxed. No pressure but reassuring at the same time.

While one hour is a long time for a process but the member of the team made easy and it felt just like 30 minute. She was amaizing.

Staff were absolutely fantastic (can't remember names, sorry! Was Saturday 27/03 at around midday), really easy to finalise check-in and talk through everything, and nice and friendly. Dropping things off later that day and the next was a simple enough process so all round very happy. Thanks.

Peter and Emma dealt with me exceptionally well and made me feel extra welcome as well.
