After my first inquiry I was contacted by Peter, who did his best to understand my needs and try to cater for them. He really put me at ease and gave me a chance to ask any questions. I knew I was in good hands. Later, I changed my mind about the size of unit I would need, and I talk to somebody whose name I don't remember. They were able to help me guess the space I would need. On the day I signed in, I was helped by Deji. He had all the patience with me, as I'd never done this before. He talked me through the whole thing and even showed me two units in person in case I wanted to change sizes last minute, as I was doubting. The process is way too long, specially since I had done my homework at home. But Deji made sure I understood why every step was necessary and how it was all for my own security and peace of mind. Storing away all your belongings can be a stressful, vulnerable moment. But I felt taken care of so well, it really fixed my day!

On the phone, Peter was really helpful and price matched another quote I had immediately. In store Paula and Gemma were lovely and efficient and made the whole thing easy and stress free. We’ve been able to come and go dropping extra items easily too.
