The description of the size of the room was misleading. To say that a 60ft room had the capacity of a 1 bed flat - it was tiny! I ended up with a 100ft, and also a number of rooms had pillars in them or corners cut off. It took 1/2hr to find a suitable space.
We dealt with Karen to arrange our move in to Big Yellow and she made the whole process a breeze. She was friendly, thorough and very professional.
