I was very impressed with the way my enquiry was handled by Deji. He was clear with all relevant information and so friendly, it made it all a very pleasant experience.
The price was reasonable and the same that had been quoted. The staff were friendly and attentive, very impressed with their teamwork and cheerful nature.
The Customer Service was excellent so informative and friendly. When comparing other storage facilities, it was this that made the difference. You immediately felt that any issue would be dealt with efficiently and it was!

When I first was contacted by big yellow it was really good as I didn't feel like I was being forced into anything as often that can be intimidating I was offers to view the space and that was great. Lots of advice was given and it waslnalso price matched. Checking in online was great also and didn't take too long. On move in day they were helpful the paperwork took maybe 30 mins or so and then everything was done. Gemma and her colleague I think Paula sorry if that's wrong were really helpful. The experience is great as I had a really bad one before with a different company so was very apprehensive but I am extremely pleased. Great job ladies and thanks again
I can't speak about the other branches but Karen at W. Norwood made the initial experience very pleasant. All my questions and concerns ranging from costings to packaging were adressed quickly, politely and efficiently.
