My inquiries was hassled free. I made the reservation on line, then I received a call from Peter who was so nice to me over the phone and in person.

It was a real pleasure checking it at the West Norwood brach. The manager, Paula, was really professional and helpful and she really knew her stuff. She explained the whole procedure to us very clearly and made sure we didn't have any anxieties about leaving our belongings there.

Paula made the whole experience easy,she was so helpful and kind. It has been a stressful time for us and she helped make this part a smooth process. Perfect customer service and greatly appreciated.

Outstanding

I would prefer to be able to see the prices without having to enter personal details. However once I decided to use Big Yellow, everything was fine. Gemma talked me through how to check in online, and when I came back to complete everything she was very clear and thorough.

Explained well and Gemma ensured I understood by re-explaining bits.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with my enquiry and answered all my questions again in a helpful and friendly manner
