Approach: Really well- very friendly and approachable and informative. Overall understanding and move: staff v helpful in explaining and listening patiently and talking through, very responsive and flexible which I really valued- rather than putting pressure on to commit to a room size things were left open which meant I felt good about sticking with Big Yellow.
