Was handled really well gave all the information- no nasty surprises

Karen and Charise were so kind. Making us cups of coffee, explaining everything patiently and no matter how many times we asked the same questions they just repeated the answers calmly. As an extra bonus Karen gave the best information about cats! An excellent service. They are both an asset to your team. Thank you for keeping us stress free.

All customer service was excellent. Paula greeted us and showed us how to use the facility and gave us a cup of tea which was a very welcome kindness. She was friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The unit has met all my needs and I'm very satisfied. Thank you

I enquired and reserved a storage locker and Big Yellow West Norwood called me a few times to check I was happy with my enquiry - I wasn’t able to answer almost every time they rang but did appreciate their efforts to ensure I was happy with my reservation. Karen was particularly helpful when I got there with making sure that I got what I needed and making sure I didn’t have a locker that was too big and therefore saved me money as well. In this day and age we are used to people trying to squeeze every penny from us so the fact that Karen was so willing to ensure that I got the best deal was very refreshing. I was pleasantly surprised by the price as well as I was expecting to pay more and it was a lot cheaper to store my stuff than pay for a hotel which was my other alternative. All in all so far I am really pleased with the West Norwood team they are a friendly bunch and the service was excellent.
