Great team and loads of prompt information and support

Karen, Paula F and Gemma were excellent. So helpful, understanding and kind. My removal driver just dumped my furniture at the door and left me. Your employees helped me at an incredibly stressful time. My mother had died and I was clearing her house

Everything was explained and done very well. No complications. Moving into the storage space was easy and comfortable.

Although I received a phone call after my email quote I at no time felt pressured or like I was being given a sales pitch. Paula was informative of the services and really helpful.

Approach: Really well- very friendly and approachable and informative. Overall understanding and move: staff v helpful in explaining and listening patiently and talking through, very responsive and flexible which I really valued- rather than putting pressure on to commit to a room size things were left open which meant I felt good about sticking with Big Yellow.
