Everything was explained and all my questions were answered

Karen and Paula made the entire first experience using storage company stress free and easy! From the get go they contacting me about my quote and explained the process and how it all worked. Felt very at ease and well looked after by the team and they answered all my questions thoroughly and clearly. The day before they went through the arrangements again to confirm it all and on the day and on arrival showed us round, offered me a cup and went through the paperwork so swiftly. I was also struggling to find a man with a van as there are so many people to choose from and the west Norwood team recommended lee collier who we went with in the end based on his professionalism and high standards. Lee was fantastic and also made the whole process stress free. He called regarding availability and went through the process and gave me helpful packing tips. On the day, he made sure all the boxes and furniture was protected in the van and during loading/unloading. He was structured and methodical with the packing into the room and throughout the process he was very friendly and clear when we needed guidance. I’d recommend west Norwood big yellow and lee to friends as it made moving so much easier and stress free!

I did mostly on line to avoid to waist my time at the venue. I have been assist from Karen, Paula and Gemma. They satisfyed all my enquiers and they helped me about few doubts that i had. Karen showed me my box . really nice experience

The lady from Liverpool was courteous, informative, offered me a price comparison deal and saving and shy even offered me a cup of tea which was made from quality tea bags.

Very well. I was called by staff to clarify my requirements, and was unsold a larger unit, which turns out, was required

My initial enquiry was handled really well. I got a follow up call that was friendly and not pushy and Salesy which can sometimes be the case. Found it to be a great customer experience

Paula the manager is fantastic from the start to finish. She was able to price match and the process was stream-less from start to finish. Additionally once I arrived on the day I met Paula and Nikki who provided 10/10 service, and worked together collaboratively. What a lovely team at Big Yellow storage, thank you.
