From my point of welcome with Charise, I felt valued and was asked for a drink. She sat me through the paperwork, very lengthy but her friendly and chatty personality made it a breeze. It was easy to understand the layout and the process needed
We dealt with Karen. She was well informed, helpful and polite.

I've been very impressed with the high level of customer service that I received throughout the storage process at the West Norwood branch. The two members of staff were friendly and very professional. They really made a big difference in handling a difficult move for me. I can state without any hesitation that the standard of customer was some of the best that I've ever experienced having worked in many professional vocations and having procured professional services as a customer.
I didn't have much time to speak with the advisor on the phone prior to moving in . But the welcome talk upon arrival was informative, concise and the advisor was patient with me in giving me further information I requested .
