My enquiry was handled exceedingly well, and the whole process was explained clearly, by both ( Karen and Gemma )

Initially went through online then called up to get details. I spoke to Karen in the West Norwood office. Went through everything over the phone told me price inc and exc VAT so all was clear and sent over details to complete prior to coming in. I called at 11am, by 1pm that same day was all sorted and ready to go, very smooth process and competitive price

Karen was great in helping me onboard and extremely professional which was a relief as she answered all my questions and allayed all my concerns

It was really quick and easy - particularly as mine was a last minute booking on the day. 2 female staff on reception - Hannah and Suzanne? On Saturday 12th October pm at West Norwood we’re amazingly helpful. I was very stressed with having to move last minute but they put me totally at ease and gave all the information in a very clear and detailed way.

The team at the Norwood location and head office staff could not have been friendlier and more supportive. They were calm and efficient and helped to make an extremely stressful situation a lot better thanks to a very easy check in process and great information upfront.
