I was very happy with the service i got from the staff at Norwood.

The customer service was SUPERB! They helped me so much and found the best deal for me to work with, i am so grateful for Paula. Paula also welcomed me with open arms and was very considerate towards my situation.

Got a prompt call back after my initial enquiry. Were able to do a price match to another deal we found. Have to commend Karen at West Norwood who organised rooms for us and made the arrangements to secure our required room and she was very helpful on moving day. Exceptional service Karen, thank you!
