After making my enquiry I was contacted by Anthony who was very knowledgable, professional and over all such a lovely gentleman. Our conversation was the highlight of what was a very stressful day for me. When I came to the store to move my belongings Charise was such a ball of light, she made the experience enjoyable, easy going and had such a warm and supportive energy making the move a lot easier than it was. Gemma interacted with us as Charise processed our paperwork. She acknowledged our presence and added to the warmth and welcoming experience. I am overwhelmed with these beautiful souls that honestly made the whole experience feel better, considering the unfortunate situation we are in currently.
