I initially met with Samie in store when I was thinking about getting a storage unit, but unsure of dates (due to flat move). Samie was really helpful and gave me a good overview of room size and costs. I spoke to Karen over the phone on the day that I needed the storage unit. Karen talked me through the process, fees and completing the check-in online. Karen was really friendly and personable -- she even asked whether I would like tea, coffee or water upon arrival (nice touch). Before I arrived I spoke to Hannah to confirm what I needed to bring (ID was fine) and spoke to her upon arrival. Karen had made a note of my drink request and Hannah brought out a glass of water. Hannah was also very friendly, patient and professional. She talked me through the details, gave me a tour of the storage unit and how to access the facility during extended hours. Overall the customer service was excellent and consistent across three different employees. It really helped that everyone was personable and professional -- moving is stressful enough!
