Easy to register once at Balham Sykes was friendly explained everything and made the process so easy

The staff in store were really friendly and helpful but the lady on the phone who made the original booking gave me the wrong information about invoicing

Balham staff (Paula and Sylwia) were extremely helpful in getting my account setup, and the process of checking in. On visiting the store, both were friendly and explained clearly the procedures for using the storage facilities.

I did the higher score because Charise and Paula (Balham) are two lovely ladies with a high good customer service level, they were very patient to go through all the explanation on how it works, I am a first time user of Big Yellow Storage and I'm very happy with the service.

Charise was very helpful and I appreciated the time she took to show me around and make sure I knew everything necessary. She was patient and told me about the extras without seeming too salesy. Thank you
