Paula was lovely and really helpful. Explained everything, got access sorted quickly and was nice to chat to. Paula and Tom were a good team who seemed to enjoy working together so it was a nice atmosphere in reception. The facility was really clean.

My contact within Big Yellow (Sylwia - Balham), was amazing. Covered absolutely everything and had a lovely personality, even made me a cup of tea, honestly above and beyond her duties. It's not often you deal with someone so happy to help within a company but it really creates a great impression of the brand, especially as this was my first time using Big Yellow.

I thought the experience was great. I had to change rooms, because I was initially given one where the roof blocked out valuable space for my belongings. This was no problem at all. Ellie, Paula and Sylwia quickly solved this. I got a room of the same size, but on a different level, where the roof did not block additional space. No price changes or anything. Well done.
