Really good experience, good customer care. although a bit lengthy process. I spent more than 1 hour to sign papers and getting familiarised with the processes. Not sure if this could be improved, just saying.

Really good customer service and large clean facilities but I didn’t realise about the additional fees (VAT and insurance) until I arrived.
