I think Paula is possibly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever come across, so concerned with making my life easier and the whole process as straight forward as she could. She even went above and beyond and made me a cup of team. So friendly and welcoming what a great team! I am also extremely impressed with Big Yellow in terms of the layout of the rooms, the fact I could drive the van right up to a loading bay which was near the lifts. Really impressed!

The reception staff were excellent. They were very welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive which was helpful as I had never used a storage company before. They also communicated very clearly and were patient. Sylwia was exceptional on the service desk, I would recommend the company based on her customer friendly approach. Also this store was well equipped with trolleys which made the drop off very convenient and professional. If it was not for that as well, I would not have recommend this branch. This branch is clearly well mananged and a credit to he business.

The online check in seems to have sped up the process significantly. After arrival we quickly completed rest of the formalities with a great help of Paula and Sylwia, who have been amazing and explained everything to us in great detail.

The check in process was very easy and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - shout out to Paula at the Balham depot especially for her amazing customer service and explaining everything clearly.

The staff were extremely friendly which disguised the otherwise lengthy and arduous registration process.

Had great in-store service. Sylvia was very helpful. Everything was explained properly. She took her time, process was not rushed at all. All staff at Balham office was very friendly and smiley. Went in to only buy boxes and went out having signed for 8 weeks storage instead.
