I have seen the way I was welcomed

The online check in seems to have sped up the process significantly. After arrival we quickly completed rest of the formalities with a great help of Paula and Sylwia, who have been amazing and explained everything to us in great detail.

The check in process was very easy and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - shout out to Paula at the Balham depot especially for her amazing customer service and explaining everything clearly.

The staff were extremely friendly which disguised the otherwise lengthy and arduous registration process.
