Paula (the manager i think?), was fantastic. Super helpful and she answered everything. The women here all made you feel welcome and not stupid for asking questions. They were very knowledgeable in the information they provided, and even gave me an early morning cuppa. It was great. And i would go back, they went over and above.
The facility was above my expectations in both space available and level of security. Service from Charise was excellent as she was helpful and engaging.
The self storage service was easy to use and the staff member, Karen, who checked me in was lovely. I turned up early to check the size of room, Karen kindly showed me 3 rooms and was very understanding of my indecision on how much space I needed! The shop/office and storage areas were very clean and tidy. There were plenty of trolleys available. The online check in prior to the move in date was great. I was comfortable with the security and needing to put my pass-code in at the lift to ensure the alarm does not go off when I enter my room. I think more information could be provided on the cost of insurance versus the value of items in the room as well as information regarding moving in items that would increase the value over the insurance level you are covered for.

I've used Big Yellow twice now, and on both occasions it's been excellent. Helpful and friendly staff, great rates and discounts, perfect sized rooms with excellent security.
I dealt with 3 different members of the Big Yellow team, two on the phone to arrange my storage and move in and then one at the storage centre. Everybody was really really helpful and friendly and nothing was a problem, they were very clear about everything including the insurance and I felt like that helped me to get a really good deal for my storage.
A warm welcome from Paula who explained it all very clearly .... she showed me the room straight away so I was confident it was the right size for my needs .... The paperwork was quite straightforward .... even a cup of tea as we completed the forms! We chatted away about our love of dogs .... a comfortable experience .... I was happy with the whole thing. Highly recommended.
