Booked my space quite late in the day but was organised for me ver easily on the phone and then at the centre I wasguied throug the whole process so that the times I revisited I felt very comfortable. Would definitely use Big Yellow again.

Big Yellow in Balham is clean, safe, secure and convenient but even with their special offers is extremely expensive if you are storing for >6 months. Staff are generally helpful but quite slow with the check-in process so advise getting there early to save hanging around. They could do with more trolleys too - we managed to grab the trolleys when they were free but others were left waiting for some time.

I've used a few different self-storage locations in London and this BIg Yellow is nice and modern, well lit and has well shaped units. There are plenty of trolleys and never seems too busy.

I have used Big Yellow 3 times - I am storing furniture there at the moment and have done so since early 2009. I recently sized down my unit and as usual your Balham staff were very helpful and found me a good deal.

I am extremely pleased to have an opportunity to give feedback to Balham store team. They have been so friendly, helpful and efficient, also warm and very understanding. I didn't get into storage for a happy reason and they helped me get through a very stressful situation with huge support. I hope they get to read this, I am very grateful, they are fantastic people. Apart from that, excellent value for money, great location close to tube station, everything is straightforward and easy. Brilliant job, thank you guys!

Big Yellow took a lot off our minds while moving flats with a gap in between - it is very easy to set up, the staff are helpful, and they were very efficient. When I removed my stuff from the storage, I forgot to notify them, but nevertheless they informed me that they had carried out the check-out anyway and reimbursed me for unused fees. The only downside was the access period, which ends at 11pm which was inconvenient in our case. All round a fantastic service!

Process is simple and straightforward although checking in can take some time. Very clean and orderly.

Very helpful staff, from the initial telephone inquiry to the face to face conversation at check-in. The storage facility is clean, modern, trustworthy and in a very central location.
